One of the most important problems of organizational and managerial activity is the improvement of the personnel management system. Nowadays, there is still no single clear and understandable criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of an employee, since each organization, each region has its own opinion on how to properly build the management order, the system of relationships between personnel and by what criteria to select subordinates.<\/p>\r\n
