ON THE ISSUE OF THE FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF STATE CIVIL SERVANTS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article reflects the issues of formation of professional culture of civil servants, discusses the main directions of formation of professional culture of employees, as well as activities for each direction. The authors conclude that it is necessary to form a professional culture of state civil servants already at the stage of selecting candidates to fill vacant positions in a public authority, as well as at the stage of personnel formation. According to the authors, the assessment of the level of professional culture development can be carried out most successfully on the basis of the 360-degree methodology, both candidates and civil servants.<\/p>\r\n
