Akmullah Bashkir State Pedagogical University<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY: BUSINESS ENTITIES IN THE SYSTEM OF CORPORATE LEGAL ENTITIES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The subject of the study is corporate legal relations, which are formed in such organizational and legal forms of entrepre- neurial activity as economic companies. The purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of the legal status of public and non-public joint stock companies, as well as changes in the legal regulation of the status of corporate legal entities introduced by the Federal Law No. 99 of 05.05.2014. The study resulted in conclusions about the systematic approach of the legislator to the modernization of civil legislation aimed at improving the legal regulation of the status of business entities. A comparative analysis of the legal capacity of management bodies and executive bodies of public and non-public business companies allowed us to conclude that the main criterion for classifying a business company to a particular category is the dispositivity of legal regulation. The responsibility of participants and management bodies of a non-public business company for its obligations increases signifi- cantly due to the possibility of applying special provisions of the legislation on subsidiary liability. The main conclusions of this study, taking into account the author&rsquo;s comments on changes in civil legislation, may be in demand in the educational process when studying the course of social studies. Due to the predominantly dispositive regulation of corporate relations in non-public business companies, the company&rsquo;s charter may provide for other obligations of the company&rsquo;s participant, in addition to those provided for by law and, as a result, significantly expands the boundaries of responsibility of such participants for the company&rsquo;s failures in civil circulation, not only by the possibility of their involvement in subsidiary liability, but also the right to exclude from the membership of the company for gross violations of their duties or for actions (inaction) that make it impossible for the com- pany to operate or significantly impede it.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> organizational and legal form of entrepreneurship, public
