EXPERIMENTAL LEGAL NORM AS A MEANS OF REGULATING PUBLIC RELATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article analyzes the modern patterns of the use of experimental legal norms in the framework of the law-making process and as a means of regulating public relations. A hypothesis is put forward about the trends of the dominance of experimental legal prescriptions as a means of implementing state transformations, a tool for testing non-standard approaches to legal influence. The conclusion is argued that it is permissible to single out among the special norms of Russian law \u2013 experimental legal prescriptions, the effect of which is limited both in time and in space, in a circle of persons. Using the achievements of legal doctrine, analyzing the existing views on experimental law-making, relying on examples of legislation and law enforcement practice, the author proves that the experimental legal norm acts as the core, the normative basis for legislative experimentation.<\/p>\r\n
