One of the main factors determining human health is the nature of nutrition. On the basis of physiological norms, the current norms of a balanced diet were developed. Their analysis was carried out in the work, on the basis of which it was revealed that the nutrition standards for some categories of convicts do not fully meet the modern requirements of a healthy diet. In this aspect, it was recommended to develop and coordinate an increase in nutrition standards for these categories of persons.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> food, norms, quality, convicts,
