MODERN PROBLEMS OF FORENSIC ACTIVITIES IN THE ASSESSMENT OF OBJECTS OF INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In this article the authors conduct a theoretical legal analysis of the current situation regarding the protection of intellectual property objects in court proceedings, as well as the complexity of assessing the losses of the right holder in the sale of counterfeit products. The authors propose their own ways of solving the existing problems, the relevance of which is due to the growth of consumer power of the population of the Russian Federation and the development of Internet marketplaces.<\/p>\r\n
