This article discusses special tactical techniques implemented at the level of communications that contribute to the effectiveness of legal activity. The authors pay special attention to the possibility of using techniques and methods of neuro-linguistic programming by practicing lawyers in the framework of a trial and during investigative activities.<\/p>\r\n
