PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION OF SUBJECTS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LAW IN RELATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article examines the issues of classification of subjects of business law in \u201chorizontal\u201d business relations, i.e. relations for the direct implementation of entrepreneurial activities. Despite the fact that this issue can be classified as one of the basic ones in the science of business law, there is still no consensus that contributes to the development of business law both as an academic discipline and as a practice-oriented legal education. The author criticizes the approach to the differentiation of business entities that is common in educational literature. As a conclusion, we substantiate the position that in business law the classification of its subjects is intended, first of all, to show the volume of legal capacity of persons in \u201chorizontal\u201d business relations. In accordance with this task, it is necessary to differentiate the entities directly engaged in entrepreneurial activity.<\/p>\r\n
