WAYS TO IMPROVE THE COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATIONS IN MODERN ECONOMIC CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

A comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of construction organizations is the most important task of the development of the national economic complex, since construction, as an economic complex, determines the process of reproduction of the residual operational resource of the country\u2019s fixed assets. The object of research is the construction complex, as an industry for the reproduction of the passive part of the country\u2019s fixed assets. The subject of the study is the state of a separate economic entity (an element of a building complex), characterized by complexity. The study presents a grouping of indicators: financial, operational, strategic, sustainability indicators, which comprehensively and fully characterize the state of a construction organization. The necessity of evaluating the effect as a complex additive indicator of budgetary, social and economic effects is argued. strategic tools for the organization of a system of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of construction organizations in modern conditions are presented.<\/p>\r\n
