Abstract: In the article, the authors consider the global horizons of national networks in the context of culture, communication and statehood, noting the fact that comprehensive informatization requires governments to develop effective interaction skills for the purpose of mutual understanding between all participants in socio-political communication. Language, visualization, the corpus of national culture and art give rise to a space that requires subtle and thoughtful administration.<\/p>\r\n
