ON CONSIDERATION OF SOME ISSUES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL WORK WITH EMPLOYEES OF THE PENITENTIARY SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The author of the article discusses the main methods and means of educational work with employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, aimed at the formation and consolidation of employees in the service, by conducting individual educational work on the part of the head. The author pays attention to the means used in individual educational work with employees of the penitentiary system, highlights the main areas of work of the head, such as studying the personality of the employee and instilling positive qualities. In the content of this article, based on the studied material, the main methods of working with personnel are highlighted, and a conclusion is formed about the need to combine methods and means of individual educational work with employees of the penitentiary system by a direct supervisor in order to achieve retention in the service and the formation of a qualified employee with positive moral and professional qualities.<\/p>\r\n
