INTERIM MEASURES IN THE UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS TREATY BODIES\u2019 PRACTICE<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u0422he article deals with the practice of applying interim measures by uN human rights treaty bodies. The author considers the legal grounds for taking such measures, developed in the practice of both the treaty bodies themselves and in the practice of other international bodies. The article also examines the issues of their binding force of the interim measures, and the practice of the treaty bodies showing the mandatory nature of interim measures taken by them. In turn, the states\u2019 practice reflects the different approaches of states to this issue.<\/p>\r\n
