In the scientific and practical sense, the article raises the issues of compliance with the fundamental principle of criminal law &ndash; the restoration of social justice.<br \/>In order to further decriminalize the crime provided for in Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as not having a great public danger, the authors formulated proposals to amend the said Code, as well
