The article discusses some problems of the implementation of banking activities, determining the status of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and also considers the problems of legal regulation of banking activities in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the Russian practice of banking development faces obstacles related to the need to improve the regulatory framework. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems of legal regulation of banking activities in the Russian Federation and in particular the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\r\n
