The article analyzes the legal norms that regulate the provision of medical services, as well as examples of unacceptable conditions that can be included in a medical service contract. To determine the inadmissibility of the terms of the contract, legal methods of interpretation and analysis are used. The article also describes the procedure for applying to the court in case of recognition of the terms of the contract as unacceptable, as well as the possible consequences for the parties to the contract.<\/p>\r\n
