PECULIARITIES OF REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS IN SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY ASSOCIATED WITH A HIGH RISK TO THE HEALTH AND LIFE OF WORKERS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article considers the peculiarities of regulation of labor relations in the sectors of the economy associated with high risk to health and life of workers, such as construction, mining and oil and gas industry. The author analyzes existing regulations and identifies unresolved problems, such as insufficient compensation for work in high-risk conditions and lack of social protection and insurance for workers. The article also offers recommendations for improving the regulation of labor relations, including the establishment of additional social guarantees, such as additional insurance payments and mandatory medical insurance for workers in these industries.<\/p>\r\n
