PROCEDURAL PROBLEMS OF THE SEIZURE OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION IN HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS, IN THE INVESTIGATION OF IATROGENIC CRIMES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In this article, the authors draw attention to the procedural and tactical problems that arise when it is necessary to seize medical records in healthcare institutions during the investigation of crimes of an iatrogenic nature. The article discusses and comments on the opinions of experts on this topic. Some statistical data and the results of a survey of investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation are presented. The need to make changes to the criminal procedure legislation is substantiated.<\/p>\r\n
