REGISTERED MARRIAGE: IS IT A VALUE FOR TODAY’S YOUTH<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Abstract: The article analyzes the values, attitudes and plans of the student youth regarding the creation of a family. It turns out which form of marital relations \u2013 registered or unregistered marriage, is preferable. The empirical basis is the results of a survey of Bashkortostan students in the All-Russian project “Student Family” (2022), as well as statistical data. The following conclusions are formulated. Life goals related to family life are significant for students. But the family does not necessarily have to be based on the official registration of marital relations. The stable ideas that have developed about the conditions that are necessary for creating a family (work, income, housing) can further influence the age of marriage, increasing it. Traditional marriage registration scenarios are not a priority. The practice of using two-stage marriage will be expanded. The data of the last census showed that the population of the country and the republic at the expense of groups aged 30 years and older, there was a return to official marriage. The survey data of the student youth of the republic do not give solid grounds to assert that the process of returning to the traditional registered marriage will be strengthened.<\/p>\r\n
