PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF THE CORPUS DELICTI PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLE 200.4 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article examines the objective signs of the corpus delicti provided for in Article 200.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The problem of unjustified placement of this article in Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is touched upon. The cases of the use of the concepts of \u00ababuse\u00bb and \u00abviolation\u00bb are investigated, and a conclusion is made about the unsuccessful legal technique used by the legislator in describing the disposition of the crime in question. The concept of major damage is analyzed, the author’s position on the problems arising in connection with the unreasonableness of the established amounts of large and especially large damage for the qualification of this crime is formulated.<\/p>\r\n
