The article examines the acts of the President of the Russian Federation of programmatic and political content, their types and significance in the context of the implementation of the integrative function of the head of state. The issues related to determining the political and legal significance of the annual presidential addresses to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, as well as strategies, doctrines, state programs and concepts adopted in order to realize the national interests of the Russian Federation and approved by decrees of the head of state are analyzed.<\/p>\r\n
