Such a simple and at the same time important model of microsociety as a family is considered. As a result of considering the transformation of the modern family under the influence of transformations in the information society, it was concluded that the family changes many traditional functions, while remaining at the same time a very stable institution of Russian society, that is, an autonomous microsociety. It is argued that the family exists as a spiritual integrity, bound by family values of a moral nature. The following criteria for an autonomous microsociety have been proposed: superposition of personal autonomies; self-determination; high degree of self-sufficiency; emotional connections; privacy; self-government and self-regulation; group identity; closure of collective information thesauri, etc. In the socio-philosophical aspect, the main contradiction of microsociety is the contradiction between autonomy and heteronomy. Such a contradiction is resolved through a dialogue between individuals and adequate social communication of the microsociety.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> microsociety, personality, family,
