In society, a system of political institutions is being assembled as normatively established and constantly self-reproducing channels of interaction between social actors in the sociocultural environment. The more complex the society, the more complex the system of political institutions, the greater the need for political institutions to function within certain rules and norms, and the diversity of norms, as well as the growing number of political institutions, leads to the need for their formalization, algorithmization and technologization. The processes of technologization of the political resonate with digitalization. Thanks to the use of digital technologies, there is a more active introduction of political technologies, and sociocultural practices are subject to active expansion by political structures and institutions.
