LEADERSHIP AS A KEY ELEMENT OF THE COMPETENCE OF A MODERN LEADER<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The presented work analyzes the practical and theoretical aspects of the modern concept of leadership. The article discusses the main characteristics of leadership, such as inspiration, motivation, decision-making ability, emotional intelligence, communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Special attention is paid to the influence of leadership on corporate culture, employee motivation, business development and achievement of strategic goals. In particular, the main qualities of a modern manager and leader are considered. Various approaches to the development of leadership skills are also discussed, both individually and within the framework of corporate training programs. At the end of the article, the analysis of emerging trends in the analyzed issue is carried out.<\/p>\r\n
