ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT FLOW IN HIGH SCHOOL: LEGAL REGULATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article is devoted to consideration of issues related to electronic document management in higher educational institutions. The authors give a general description of electronic document management, after which they reveal the features of its use in the practice of universities. Particular attention is paid to practical and legal gaps associated with the actual use and regulatory regulation of the features and procedure for implementing electronic document management in universities. Taking into account the identified practical difficulties and legal problems within the framework of this issue, ways to resolve practical difficulties and directions for improving the current legislation taking into account existing legal gaps are proposed. It seems that the formulated conclusions and proposals can be used for scientific, law enforcement and legislative purposes.<\/p>\r\n
