PATIENT’S RIGHTS UNDER A CONTRACT FOR THE REIMBURSABLE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES IN A PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In Russia, legal guarantees for patients have been formed over a long period of time and are now integrated into the system of social relations in the context of the provision of medical services. The fundamental regulatory documents defining patients’ rights are the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Public Health Protection in the Russian Federation” of 21.11.2011 No. 323-FZ, as well as other legislative and subordinate regulations, including elements of civil law. In the era of active progress in the medical sphere, the role of legal norms in the context of medical care is increasing. Accordingly, the relevance of this study is due to the urgent need for a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the legal aspects of activities in the field of plastic surgery with a focus on the protection of patients’ interests, where the concretized relations between the medical institution and the patient cause the need for precise legal regulation.<\/p>\r\n
