THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF CRIMINALISTIC CRIME PREVENTION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article substantiates the opinion that one of the main tasks of forensic science is the criminalistic provision of crime prevention. However, the analysis of statistical data on the state of crime and empirical material indicates the insufficient role of criminology in ensuring crime prevention. Criminalistic provision of crime prevention in the context of the digital transformation of society is possible, to a large extent, on the basis of the development of conceptual foundations based on the theoretical prerequisites for the formation and on the research, resolution of methodological problems of theory. The theoretical and methodological foundations of criminalistic crime prevention are analyzed in dialectical unity.<\/p>\r\n
