REGIONAL CURRENCY AS AN OBJECT OF FINANCIAL LEGAL RELATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article, using historical and formal legal methods, examines the approaches of outstanding jurists of the Soviet era and modern times in the field of legal theory and financial law to the concepts of legal relations and its object. When considering a regional currency as an object of financial legal relations, it is necessary to take into account citizens, business, and society as a whole. In the context of integration processes within the framework of interstate associations with the participation of the Russian Federation, sanctions restrictions, ongoing financial policies, reorientation of sales and consumption markets, a regional currency can balance the interests of the state and society, which forms international financial rights \u2013 ensuring a balance of private and public interests.<\/p>\r\n
