ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF DETERMINING THE CRITERIA FOR THE ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

This article will consider several topical issues related to the definition of criteria for the admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings. The ambiguity of the concept of “proof”, the problems associated with the collection and use of evidence, as well as the possibility of excluding illegally obtained evidence require a state approach to the unification of procedures and rules. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop clear and reasonable criteria for the admissibility of evidence, taking into account the specifics of each type of evidence and ensuring compliance with the principles of fair trial.<\/p>\r\n
