ABUSE OF OFFICE: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS AND THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article presents a comparative legal study of the criminal laws of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan, in terms of securing criminal liability for abuse of official authority. On the territory of the post-Soviet space, these countries, along with the Russian Federation, are leaders in social and economic development, which is reflected in the legal sphere. Over the past decade, the criminal legislation of the countries under consideration has undergone a number of significant changes, which leads to interest in studying approaches to such an illegal act as abuse of official authority. The author analyzes the norms of foreign law and draws conclusions about the need to perceive the experience of neighboring countries.<\/p>\r\n
