The influence of foreign terminology on modern jurisprudence is undeniable. In recent decades, the world has been rapidly globalizing, and the legal systems of different countries are increasingly interpenetrating and interacting with each other. The tendency to use foreign terminology contributes to a more accurate and concise expression of complex legal concepts, which facilitates interaction between lawyers from different countries and contrib- utes to improving the effectiveness of law enforcement practice. The adaptation of foreign legal terms and concepts is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a professional approach and international cooperation. Only if these conditions are met, it is possible to create a unified conceptual framework that will be understandable and applicable in various legal systems, ensuring high quality law enforcement
