LEGAL REGULATION OF THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC BASIS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT: ISSUES AND PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article discusses the current problems of local finance reform. The regulatory framework of local self-government is periodically adjusted, including in the field of finance and budget regulation. The purpose of the reforms and adjustments is to improve the efficiency and quality of financial resource management at the local level, focused on achieving specific, socially significant measurable results, in accordance with the development priorities of each municipality. For the effective and productive work of the municipal administration sector, a different level of budget management is needed. This will improve the quality of life of citizens, the attractiveness of investments in the region and the development of social infrastructure in general.<\/p>\r\n
