SOME CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL FEATURES OF THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES UNDER ARTICLE 150 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article analyzes, taking into account the legal positions of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Russian Federation, some criminal procedural aspects of the investigation of crimes provided for in Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: \u00abInvolvement of a minor in the commission of a crime\u00bb, due to the peculiarities of the qualification of the most criminally punishable act. These include: the specifics of proving the fact of involving a minor in a crime, the jurisdiction of such cases, as well as the specifics of granting a person the status of a victim in a criminal case.<\/p>\r\n
