Given that economic functions and activities in the decentralized finance market and in traditional financial markets are similar, many existing international rules and standards, as well as regulatory systems in a particular jurisdiction, are applicable to products, services, activities in decentralized finance. At the same time, this concept has not yet been conceptualized within the framework of domestic civilistics. The article offers an overview of the positions of domestic civilists, as well as a comparative review of the positions of the law and order of the United States and a number of European states related to the possibility of defining the concepts of digital property and decentralized finance from the point of view of private law.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"_en\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> digital
