COMPARATIVE RISK STUDIES: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Modern society at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries is characterized by the processes of rapid technological development and the increasing complexity of social ties, which inevitably leads to an increase of risk significance in human life, including the political, economic, and social spheres, law, culture, ecology, international relations, security, and other. This complication gives rise to the new forms and scales of risks that permeate all spheres of life, from global financial markets to the everyday legal behavior of individuals. In response to this challenge, the scientific community has rightly turned to interdisciplinary research, recognizing that no single discipline, be it law, economics, or psychology, can provide an exhaustive explanation of the phenomenon of risk. This article is aimed at studying the nature of risk, the factors influencing its occurrence, as well as the ways and methods of its regulation, including an analysis of its legal, economic, and psychological components.<\/p>\r\n
