HARMONIZATION OF LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX AS A CONDITION FOR FOOD SECURITY OF THE EAEU COUNTRIES AND COUNTERING CORRUPTION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article examines the state of modern legal support for the process of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in the context of rapid changes occurring both within the country and in the international arena. Based on the analysis of regulatory and other acts, as well as other sources, a conclusion was made about the need to develop and adopt strategic planning acts, which should be aimed at the digitalization of agriculture, reflect the goals, objectives, directions and mechanisms of policy in this area. The paper emphasizes the need to harmonize legal regulation of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex of the EAEU member states as a condition for food security and combating corruption.<\/p>\r\n
