ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONCEPTS OF THE INSTITUTION OF PROPERTY IMMUNITIES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In connection with the development of legal relations in the field of the institution of material change of circumstances, the question of their legal nature, scope of application and comparative analysis of other legal systems is becoming quite important. Studying the specifics of the application of this institution in the legal systems of Russia, England, and France, and identifying key differences in approaches allows us to identify the advantages and disadvantages of different legal systems. The application of the legal category of material change of circumstances is impossible without its consideration in practice, identifying the main trends and approaches to balancing the interests of the parties to the contract in changed circumstances and whether the Russian legal mechanism should be adapted, taking into account foreign experience, to increase the flexibility and predictability of the application of provisions in contractual legal relations.<\/p>\r\n
