CRIMINOLOGICAL FEATURES OF FEMALE RECIDIVISM (BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAGESTAN)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article examines the criminological features of female recidivism using the example of the Republic of Dagestan. The main factors contributing to relapse among women are analyzed, including socio-economic conditions, educational level, marital status and cultural traditions of the region. The article examines the specific motives and nature of crimes committed by female repeat offenders, as well as their dependence on the social environment and personal characteristics. Special attention is paid to the problems of the re-socialization of women released from prison and the effectiveness of preventive measures aimed at reducing the rate of recidivism. Based on the data obtained, recommendations are proposed for improving the prevention and rehabilitation system, taking into account regional and gender characteristics.<\/p>\r\n
