\r\nCURRENT PROBLEM OF DIGITALIZATION OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGSIN RUSSIA AND THE WAYS TO SOLVE THEM IN CONSIDERATION OF THE EXPERIENCE OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE REPUBLICOF KAZAKHSTAN<\/strong>

\r\nThe article talks about the process of digitalization in criminal proceedings in Russia as the main factor influencing the transformation of this type of legal proceedings. The experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of digitalization of criminal proceedings is analyzed, in particular, the experience of implementing the information system \u00abelectronic criminal case\u00bb is studied in detail, and attention is also paid to the current legislation of this country. The problematic aspects of digitalization and ways to solve them in Russia are considered. It is concluded that the Russian Federation has all the prerequisites for the introduction, development and successful use of the electronic format in criminal proceedings.
