The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the protection and protection of copyrights of foreign citizens in the RF. Particular attention is paid to the historical development of the international legal basis for the copyright of citizens. Examples of the judicial practice of the courts of the RF in this area are considered, which clearly demonstrate the problems of law enforcement of the legislation on copyrights of foreign citizens.<\/p>\r\n
