TO THE QUESTION OF THE BEGINNING AND CONTENT OF THE RIGHT TO LIFE<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The article considers the norms of international as well as constitutional law of a number of countries, proclaiming the human right to life. The similarities and differences in the interpretation of the concept of the right to life are analyzed, different approaches to the constitutional and legal content of the right to life are investigated. The authors explore topical issues related to the moment when a person has the right to life. It is considered how the norms of international law on actually permissible restrictions on the right to life are reflected in national legal <\/p>\r\n
