The article demonstrates the relevance of the specificity of transactions made via digital platforms and the balance of interests of parties to transactions made via digital platforms in the light of the principle of freedom of contract and equality between contracting parties. The general part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation does not regulate either the procedure for digital interaction between the parties to transactions made via digital platforms, or the procedure for the resolution of disputes between the parties on the matter of fact and matter of law when determining the conditions of transactions made via digital platforms, or the timing of actions to be fulfilled by the parties. The author justifies the importance of legal regulation of transactions procedure made via digital platform. The study is based on the authors concept of transactions made via a digital platform in the Russian Federation. On this basis, some suggestions for the improvement of Chapter 9 \u00abTransactions\u00bb of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation have been prepared.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> digital
