ORGANIZATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS OF THE COURT: CONCEPT, PURPOSE, PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVING THE DESIGN<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In this publication, the author analyzes the types, purpose, requirements for organizational and administrative documents of the court. Due to the fact that the current legislation does not disclose the concept of organizational and administrative documents of the court, the author, based on the characteristics characterizing these types of documents, formulated this definition in order to eliminate the gap in legal regulation. At the end of the study, measures aimed at improving the studied area are proposed.<\/p>\r\n
