LEGAL REGULATION OF TOURIST ACTIVITIES IN RUSSIA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The development and prosperity of tourism activities is based on a well-developed legal framework, legal culture, and legal norms. In this regard, one of the directions of state regulation of the Russian economy is currently becoming the legal regulation of tourism activities. It includes a system of measures aimed at the formation, development and implementation of a special tourist product. The organization and conduct of tourism activities is carried out on the basis of a special license issued to legal entities or individual entrepreneurs. Intensive development and transformation of tourism activity leads to a number of problems related to the provision of tourist services.<\/p>\r\n

In this regard, there is a need to consider the issue of legal regulation of tourism activities, identify problems and develop ways and means of solving emerging problems.<\/p>\r\n
