COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT IN THE INTERETHNIC SPACE OF THE CITY

Abstract: The article analyzes .problems of interethnic social communication. The theoretical foundations of the study and regulation of interethnic relations are revealed. The method of tetratomic antisynthesis is distinguished. The method of antisynthesis is a justification for the need to integrate society and a multiethnic state. The analysis of the concept of national character and integral social type of ethnos is made..It is shown that the integral type of ethnos represents the unity of social statics and social dynamics.The main causes of conflicts between ethnic groups are described. The article substantiates the position that the epistemological cause of interethnic tension is the low level of scientific and typological thinking. The hypothesis is put forward that the desire of an ethnic group to dominate is the main cause of interethnic conflicts. The main strategies of communicative interaction are highlighted:isolation, separatism, discrimination, integration. The position on the relationship between internal and external communication is substantiated..The basic technologies for managing interethnic interactions are described. Methods and methods of prevention of conflicts between national communities are revealed. The technologies of harmonization of interethnic interactions are substantiated. It is shown that interethnic integration leads to the emergence of a new ethno-cultural community. The special role of culture as a factor of communication management in interethnic relations is highlighted. Knowledge of social laws and sociological competence of young people is of particular importance in optimizing intercultural communication.

УПРАВЛЕНИЕ КОММУНИКАЦИЕЙ В МЕЖЭТНИЧЕСКОМ ПРОСТРАНСТВЕ ГОРОДА

Аннотация: В статье анализируются проблемы межэтнической социальной коммуникации. Раскрываются теоретические основы изучения и регулирования межнациональных отношений. Выделяется метод тетратомического антисинтеза. Метод антисинтеза является обоснованием необходимости интеграции общества и полиэтнического государства. Сделан анализ концепции национального характера и интегрального социального типа этноса. Показано, что интегральный тип этноса представляет единство социальной статики и социальной динамики. Описаны основные причины конфликтов между этническими группами. Обосновано положение о том, что гносеологической причиной межнациональной напряжённости является низкий уровень научного и типологического мышления. Выдвигается гипотеза о том, что, стремление какого-либо этноса к господству является главной причиной межнациональных конфликтов. Выделяются основные стратегии коммуникативного взаимодействия: изоляция, сепаратизм, дискриминация, интеграция. Обосновано положение о взаимосвязи внутренней и внешней коммуникации. Описаны основные технологии управления межэтническими взаимодействиями. Раскрыты методы и способы профилактики конфликтов между национальными общностями. Обоснованы технологии гармонизации межэтнических взаимодействий. Показано, что межэтническая интеграция ведёт к появлению новой этнокультурной общности. Выделяется особая роль культуры как фактора управления коммуникацией в межнациональных отношениях. В оптимизации межкультурной коммуникации особую значимость имеет знание социальных законов и социологическая компетентность молодёжи.
