PECULIARITIES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICESIN RUSSIA AND FRANCE
The article reveals the essence and the main problems of the activity of prosecutor’s offices in the Russian Federation and the French Republic. The legal basis of such activity is revealed. Similarities of prosecutor’s offices of both countries are named. The consequences of assigning prosecutorial activity to one or another branch of government are analyzed. The further development of the institution of
prosecutorial activity is forecasted.

В статье раскрываются сущность и основная проблематика деятельности прокуратур в Российской Федерации и Французской Республики. Раскрываются правовые основы такой деятельности. Выявляются схожие черты прокуратур обеих стран. Анализируются последствия отнесения прокурорской деятельности к той или ветви власти. Прогнозируется дальнейшее развитие института прокурорской деятельности.
