REGULATORY AND LEGAL REGULATION OF CATERING OF CONVICTS, SUSPECTS, ACCUSED IN THE PENAL ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: KEY PROBLEMS AND CONTRADICTIONS

The article deals with the issues of providing convicts, suspects and accused with food in institutions of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation. One of the main factors determining human health is the nature of nutrition. On the basis of physiological norms, the current norms of a balanced diet were developed. Their analysis was carried out in the work, on the basis of which it was revealed that the nutrition standards for some categories of convicts do not fully meet the modern requirements of a healthy diet. In this aspect, it was recommended to develop and coordinate an increase in nutrition standards for these categories of persons.

НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПИТАНИЯ ОСУЖДЕННЫХ, ПОДОЗРЕВАЕМЫХ, ОБВИНЯЕМЫХ В УГОЛОВНО-ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ: КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПРОТИВОРЕЧИЯ

В статье рассматриваются вопросы по обеспечению осужденных, подозреваемых и обвиняемых питанием в учреждениях уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации. Одним из основных факторов, определяющих здоровье человека, является характер питания. На основе физиологических норм были разработаны действующие нормы сбалансированного питания. В работе был проведен их анализ, на основании которого выявлено, что нормы питания для некоторых категорий осужденных не в полной мере соответствуют современным требованиям здорового питания. В данном аспекте было рекомендовано разработать и согласовать повышение норм питания для указанных категорий лиц.
