RESPONSIBILITY OF AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPER

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of responsibility of a software developer as one of the urgent problems associated with the development and application of artificial intelligence. Proceeding from the dual nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on various spheres of human and social life, the author considers the speech of Google employees against the company’s participation in the military project Project Maven as an awareness of responsibility for the risks associated with the negative consequences of project activities within the framework of military orders. The author concludes that it is necessary for ethical philosophers to actively participate in solving moral problems related to the development and use of artificial intelligence, in formulating ethical norms and standards to ensure safe and responsible use of technology.

ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ РАЗРАБОТЧИКА ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА

Аннотация: Статья посвящена исследованию ответственности разработчика программ как одной из актуальных проблем, связанных с развитием и применением искусственного интеллекта. Исходя из двойственного характера влияния искусственного интеллекта на различные сферы жизни человека и общества, автор рассматривает выступление сотрудников Google против участия компании в военном проекте Project Maven как осознание ответственности за риски, связанные с негативными последствиями проектной деятельности в рамках военных заказов. Автор приходит к выводу о необходимости активного участия философов-этиков в решении моральных проблем, связанных с разработкой и использованием искусственного интеллекта, в формулировании этических норм и стандартов, обеспечивающих безопасное и ответственное применение технологий.
