EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION: LEGAL ASPECT

The article examines Federal state standards from the point of view of legal aspects. The author raises the question of the effectiveness and justification of the use of the Federal State Educational Standard in the educational system. In modern Russia, claims to the educational system are extremely high, and the article raises the question of the justification of these demands. An assumption is made about the separation of the Federal State Educational Standard from the recommendations of the healthcare system.

ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫЕ СТАНДАРТЫ И ТРЕБОВАНИЯ МИНИСТЕРСТВА ПРОСВЕЩЕНИЯ: ЮРИДИЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ

В статье рассматриваются Федеральные государственные стандарты с точки зрения правовых аспектов. Автор поднимает вопрос об эффективности и оправданности применения ФГОС в образовательной системе. В современной России претензии к образовательной системе чрезвычайно велики, в статье поставлен вопрос об оправданности данных требований. Сделано предположение об отрыве ФГОС от рекомендаций со стороны системы здравоохранения.
