FORMATION OF THE REGIONAL INFORMATION SPACE (the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

Abstract. Effective progress towards the information society directly depends on the successful and effective information preparation of society, which actualizes issues related to the formation of the regional information space. In this regard, it is important to create conditions for the full development of national information resources, information, communication and network technologies and ensuring access to them. Sustainable interaction between the state and civil society, central and regional authorities can be effectively implemented through the timely provision of relevant and reliable information, which is the key to the sustainable development of the country and the effectiveness of government mechanisms.

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОГО ПРОСТРАНСТВА РЕГИОНА (на примере Республики Башкортостан)

Аннотация. Результативное продвижение к информационному обществу напрямую зависит от успешной и эффективной информационной подготовки общества, что актуализирует вопросы, связанные с формированием информационного пространства регионов. В данной связи важным видится создание условий для полноценного развития национальных информационных ресурсов, информационно-коммуникационных и сетевых технологий и обеспечения доступа к ним. Устойчивое взаимодействие между государством и гражданским обществом, центральной властью и региональной может быть результативно осуществлено путём своевременного обеспечения актуальной и достоверной информацией, что является залогом устойчивого развития страны и действенности властных механизмов.
