THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: ABOUT SOME OF THE SPECIFICS OF THE LEGAL STATUS

The article is devoted to the debatable issues of the legal beginnings of the organization and activity of the prosecutor’s office in modern Russia. Based on the analysis of trends in the development of the domestic state apparatus, the features inherent in the Russian prosecutor’s office are formulated, which can serve as a basis for its further modernization in the system of state bodies of Russia.

ПРОКУРАТУРА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ: О НЕКОТОРЫХ ОСОБЕННОСТЯХ ПРАВОВОГО ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ

Статья посвящена дискуссионным вопросам правовых начал организации и деятельности прокуратуры в современной России. На основе анализа тенденций развития отечественного государственного аппарата сформулированы особенности, присущие российской прокуратуре, которые могут послужить опорой её дальнейшей модернизации в системе государственных органов России.
